This policy explains how Waiv Labs Ltd collects and uses your personal data when you sign up on our coming soon page. We keep it short because right now we only collect one thing: your email address.
Waiv Labs Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16873083). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

When you submit your email address on our coming soon page, we collect:
We do not collect your name, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage.
We also receive standard technical data that web servers log automatically (IP address, browser type, referring page). We do not use this to identify you and it is not stored beyond standard server log retention.
We process your email address on the basis of your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You gave consent by actively submitting the signup form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us at [email protected] and we will remove your address promptly.

To store email addresses we use Supabase (supabase.com), a database platform that acts as a data processor on our behalf. Supabase stores data only in the region selected at project creation and operates under standard data processing terms. Collected emails are accessible only to authorised Waiv team members via our secure dashboard.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may log your IP address as part of serving font files. See Google's privacy policy for details.
We will keep your email address until one of the following:
